Our new V. I. C. (very important customer) program was develop when we notice how many customers were repeat customers several times over.  In dozens of cases individual customers have purchased 6 or more pairs of our snakes. 

         The V. I. C. program provides a substantial reward for our loyal and generous customers. 

         This  is in addition to the discounts all previous customers already enjoy. 

 Many of the Florida king morphs we offer are produced in limited quantities. A 25% deposit will reserve your place in line on any order. Your deposit is non-refundable, unless we fail to produce the desired hatchlings.

All animals are guranteed to be outwardly healthy and properly sexed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of same. Shipping charges on return animals is the buyers responsibility.

TERMS

We accept U.S. Postal money orders, paypal for small orders, personal checks and other forms of money orders. Personal checks and money orders other than USPS Money orders must clear the bank prior to shipping.

DEPOSITS: If the animal(s) you want are not in stock, deposits will be accepted on selected hatchlings. The deposit amount will be 25% of the purchase price of the snake(s) only. In rare cases where full payment or partial deposit refunds are granted, a 20% fee will be assessed. Since shipping arrangements will be made at the time of purchase, shipping charges will not be included in the deposit. Prospective buyers will be contacted when the animal(s) are ready to ship and they will have 10 days from that date in which to pay the balance for the animal(s) in full (plus shipping). If balance due is not received by the end of the 10 day period, the snakes will be sold to the next person(s) on the list and all monies paid to that point will be forfeited.

All reptiles will be shipped next day service anywhere in the U.S. Shipping will be prepaid prior to shipment unless otherwise discussed. All packages will be insulated and contain appropriate heat or cold packs. (*PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR DELAYED SHIPMENT POLICY!)

On domestic orders. Those animals shipped via door-to-door carriers will be guaranteed to arrive alive only if the package is personally handed to the customer or an agent of the customer on the first delivery attempt. Packages left at the door are exempt from our live delivery guarantee. Please contact us within 24 hours if there is a problem with your shipment. Tracking numbers available upon request. Guarantees on animals after 72 hours will be made at our discretion.

Important information on shipments that are delayed:

*SHIPMENTS THAT ARE DELAYED BY THE CARRIER ARE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR DOR's . THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE DURING SUMMER MONTHS SNAKES WILL OVERHEAT AND DURING WINTER MONTHS SNAKES CAN FREEZE EVEN WITH HEAT PACKS. WE GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL IF THE CARRIER MEETS THE SCHEDULED TIME REQUIRMENT.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS DUE TO THE CARRIERS MISTAKE , DELAY, MISHAP, DAMAGE,  REROUTING OR LOST PACKAGES.

TRADES:

Trades are considered IF you have animals that are of interest to us for future breeding projects. Currently we are looking for any scaleless ratsnakes and hognose morphs ! Trades require the customer ships first.

A combination of established multiple bloodlines and genetic flexibility result in a significant amount of pattern and color variation to occur within many of the colonies and their offspring. We also continually work on improving each adult colony to develop and refine the pattern and intensified color quality of the offspring produced. This quality improvement-based approach makes it difficult to represent in the catalog descriptions or photographic representation all of the color and pattern morphs (new extremes may occur each year) that are available. It is best to call and discuss in more detail the species of interest to you and the factors within each bloodline affecting pattern, color, and corresponding price. We would be happy to assist you in the establishing and developing of any specific pattern and color morph we produce that is of special interest to you.
